4th of July Strawberries

• 10 Strawberries
• 4 tbsp White or Black Chocolate
• 5 tbsp Colored Sugar (blue is best when using white chocolate)
• 2 tsp Vegetable Oil

1. Wash the strawberries
2. Add the vegetable oil to the chocolate and heat in the microwave from 20 to 30 seconds
3. Using a fork, mix the chocolate well until you have a smooth melted chocolate
4. Deep one strawberry at a time in the chocolate
5. Wait some seconds for the chocolate to harden a little and the dip it in the colored sugar
6. Repeat for all strawberries
