Chinese Fried Rice
- 2 cup Rice
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 each Green bell peppers
- 1 each Yellow bell pepper
- 1 each Red bell pepper
- 1 can Diced water chestnuts
- 1 lb Sage sausage
- 1/2 lb Lean hamburger
- 3 stick Celery
- 1 large Onion
- Brown hamburger & sausage together, crumble small.
- Chop celery, bell peppers, onion in chunks
- Add water & soy sauce to meat and add the rice.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
- Add remaining vegetables and cook till fork tender
