Easy Spinach Dip Recipe

• 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
• 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (as is)
• 1 med. onion, finely minced
• 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, defrosted and liquid removed (or the equivalent of fresh)
• 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise

1. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
2. Serve with crackers of your choice or possibly cut out the center of a brown bread, fill well with dip and arrange extra brown bread slices around.
