Rhine Wine Cobbler

• Crushed ice
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 4 ounces Rhine wine
• Lemon peel
• Sprig of mint

1. Half-fill a tumbler with crushed ice; add sugar and lemon juice and stir.
2. Pour in the Rhine wine.
3. Decorate with lemon and mint garnish.
