PB & J French Toast
- 8 slices white or brown bread
- 4 Tbsp. Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter, divided
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 Tbsp. Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam, divided
- Prepare 4 peanut butter sandwiches using 1 Tbsp.
- peanut butter in each.
- Mix eggs with milk.
- Dip sandwiches in egg mixture.
- Cook in frypan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, over medium heat until nicely brown on each side.
- Top each sandwich with 1 Tbsp.
- jam and serve.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired.
