Balsamic Steak and Romano Salad
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
- 1-1/2 cups tomato wedges
- 1 cup frozen corn, cooked
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup DI GIORNO Shredded Romano Cheese
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill steak 7 to 8 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Toss greens with the tomatoes, corn and dressing.
- Place on serving platter; top with meat.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
