Cabbage And Ham Casserole Recipe

  1. Finely slice onions, cabbage and ham.
  2. Heat butter in a large pan, add in onion and cook gently 3 min to soften.
  3. Add in cabbage, ham and white wine, cover and cook till cabbage wilts.
  4. Transfer to a buttered casserole dish.
  5. Heat Bechamel sauce with cream, season well and pour over cabbage.
  6. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180C/350F for 20 min till casserole bubbles and the top is golden.
