Easy Chicken Teriyaki Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
  3. or until chicken is done.
  4. Add water, teriyaki sauce, carrots and peppers; stir.
  5. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in rice; cover.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Fluff with fork.
