Easy Chicken Teriyaki Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup A.1. Teriyaki Steak Sauce
- 1 carrot, sliced Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken and onions; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Add water, teriyaki sauce, carrots and peppers; stir.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
