Pennsylvania Dutch Ice Cream Pudding Recipe

  1. Mix crushed crackers and butter together.
  2. Save out 1/2 c.. Press remaining crumbs into bottom of 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Mix pudding and lowfat milk together with hand mixer, add in softened ice cream.
  4. Spread over crumb mix and cover with Cold Whip.
  5. Chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
