Barbecued-Beef Potato Topper

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet.
  2. Stir in green pepper and onion.
  3. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until onions are limp.
  4. Add beef and cook 4 to 5 minutes, breaking up meat with a spoon, until meat is no longer pink.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients, reduce heat, cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes until flavors are blended.
