Kickin' Jambalaya
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups chopped celery, onions and green bell peppers
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or OSCAR MAYER Hot & Spicy Links, sliced
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- Bring tomatoes, vegetables, water, sausage, bouillon and pepper sauce to boil in large skillet.
- Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until bouillon is dissolved.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
- Stir.
