Chocolate-Kiwi Pops

  1. Cut each kiwi into 4 slices; pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Insert wooden pop stick into side of each slice.
  3. Mix chocolate and oil until blended.
  4. Cover baking sheet with waxed paper.
  5. Dip kiwi, 1 slice at a time, in chocolate mixture, turning to evenly coat bottom half of each slice; place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut.
  7. Refrigerate 10 min.
  8. or until chocolate is firm.
