Champagne Cobbler

• 1/2-inch-thick orange slice
• Lemon twist
• Champagne
• 1/4-inch-thick lemon slice
• 2 tablespoons Maraschino liqueur or Cointreau

1. Muddle the orange and lemon slices with Maraschino liqueur or Cointreau.
2. Strain into a Champagne flute over ice.
3. Add cold Champagne and serve with a lemon-peel twist.
