Ganache Dark Fudgy Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  3. Stir together cocoa and baking soda in large bowl, stir in 1/3 cup butter.
  4. Add boiling water, stir until mixture thickens.
  5. Add flour, vanilla & salt; blend completely.
  6. Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.
  7. Pour into prepared pan.
  8. Bake 35-40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  9. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
  10. Prepare Ganache:.
  11. Place 2 cups (12 oz pkg) Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and 1 cup whipping cream in microwave-safe bowl.
  12. Microwave at High 30 seconds, stir.
  13. If necessary, microwave an additional 30 seconds or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
  14. Pour ganache over cooled brownies.
  15. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes.
  16. Cut into 3-inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half to form a triangle shape.
  17. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
