Sugar & Spice Pumpkin Seeds

  1. Heat oven to 300 F. Remove pumpkin seeds from pumpkin; rinse well.
  2. Pat dry on paper towel.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; add pumpkin seeds.
  4. Toss until seeds are coated.
  5. Spread coated seeds onto parchment-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake, stirring occasionally, 30-35 minutes or until seeds are lightly browned and crunchy.
  7. Cool 10 minutes.
  8. Break apart.
  9. Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
