Sugar & Spice Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Dash ground pepper
- Heat oven to 300 F. Remove pumpkin seeds from pumpkin; rinse well.
- Pat dry on paper towel.
- Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; add pumpkin seeds.
- Toss until seeds are coated.
- Spread coated seeds onto parchment-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, 30-35 minutes or until seeds are lightly browned and crunchy.
- Cool 10 minutes.
- Break apart.
- Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
