Broken Up Cucumber with Sesame Vinegar

• 1 small Cucumber
• 1 tbsp Vinegar
• 1 tsp Kombu based mentsuyu
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
• 1 dash Salt

1. Here's some freshly picked cucumber that I bought at the farmer's market.
2. Cut the cucumber into 3 cm long pieces, cover with plastic wrap and bash lightly to break up the pieces.
3. Mix the cucumber with the combined sesame vinegar ingredients and it's done.
