Quick Chicken and Grape Saute
- 4 single chicken breasts, skinned, boned and pounded slightly
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing or KRAFT CALORIE-WISE CATALINA Dressing
- 1/4 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup seedless red or green grapes
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- SAUTE chicken in margarine over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.
- POUR over combined dressing and sherry; add grapes.
- Heat through, turning chicken once.
- Serve over rice.
- MICROWAVE directions: Arrange chicken breasts in a round shallow casserole with thickest parts toward outer edges.
- Omit margarine.
- POUR combined dressing and sherry over chicken.
- COOK covered at HIGH (100%) 6 or 7 minutes, turning chicken at half time.
- Test for doneness.
- ADD grapes, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
