Quick Chicken and Grape Saute

  1. SAUTE chicken in margarine over medium-high heat about 4 minutes per side or until browned and tender.
  2. POUR over combined dressing and sherry; add grapes.
  3. Heat through, turning chicken once.
  4. Serve over rice.
  5. MICROWAVE directions: Arrange chicken breasts in a round shallow casserole with thickest parts toward outer edges.
  6. Omit margarine.
  7. POUR combined dressing and sherry over chicken.
  8. COOK covered at HIGH (100%) 6 or 7 minutes, turning chicken at half time.
  9. Test for doneness.
  10. ADD grapes, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  11. Serve over rice.
