Bread Glue Dough Recipe
- 8 slices of day old white bread
- 1/2 c. white glue
- Food coloring
- Cut the crusts off the bread and tear the bread into little pcs.
- Put the pcs in a bowl and pour the glue over them.
- Use one hand to mix the bread and glue together into a sticky mass.
- Gather the mass into a ball and take it out of the bowl.
- With both hands pat the sticky ball into a neater ball and keep patting till it is just tacky.
- Dust a working surface with flour and begin to knead the dough gently.
- As it becomes smoother and more pliable, knead it firmly.
- continue to knead till the dough is satiny, about 5 min.
- Sprinkle food coloring onto dough and work it into dough.
- Wrap the dough tightly in plastic and keep the dough you're not using wrapped tightly and stored in refrigerator when you're finished using it.
- Cut the dough with cookie cutters or possibly shape by hand.
