Papaya Mango Salsa
- 2 cups Diced Papaya
- 1 cup Diced Mango
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Zest
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/4 cups Chopped Cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Jalapeno - Optional
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, and stir with a large spoon to combine.
- Cover the bowl, and refrigerate the salsa for at least 1 hour (or overnight) until ready to serve.
- Serve with chips, and enjoy!
