A Regular Item in My Home - Stir-fried Green Pepper and Steak
- 5 to 6 Green pepper
- 100 grams Bamboo shoots
- 1 Your favorite vegetables (carrot, onion or maitake mushrooms)
- 200 grams Thinly siced pork offcuts
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Pepper
- 2 cm Grated ginger (or tubed one)
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Chinese chicken stock powder
- 2 pinch Sugar
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Sesame oil (optional)
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- Marinate the pork.
- Put the pork in a plastic bag and add the seasonings.
- Rub well.
- Julienne the vegetables.
- Make the seasoning mix.
- Combine the seasonings now, in advance.
- Fry the vegetables.
- Heat a frying pan and put 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Put the vegetables that require more cooking time in first, then add the other vegetables.
- After they are cooked through, transfer to a plate.
- Fry the meat.
- Reduce the heat to low-medium and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Loosen the pork and fry.
- After the pork is cooked through, turn up the heat to medium and return the Step 4 vegetables.
- Stir gently.
- Stir the seasoning mix well and drizzle over.
- Fry for a while.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
