  1. Marinate the pork.
  2. Put the pork in a plastic bag and add the seasonings.
  3. Rub well.
  4. Julienne the vegetables.
  5. Make the seasoning mix.
  6. Combine the seasonings now, in advance.
  7. Fry the vegetables.
  8. Heat a frying pan and put 1 tablespoon of oil.
  9. Put the vegetables that require more cooking time in first, then add the other vegetables.
  10. After they are cooked through, transfer to a plate.
  11. Fry the meat.
  12. Reduce the heat to low-medium and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  13. Loosen the pork and fry.
  14. After the pork is cooked through, turn up the heat to medium and return the Step 4 vegetables.
  15. Stir gently.
  16. Stir the seasoning mix well and drizzle over.
  17. Fry for a while.
  18. Transfer to a serving dish.
  19. It is done.
