Brownie Pizza

  1. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package; spread evenly into 12 greased 12-inch pizza pans (or 1 pizza pan for trial recipe).
  2. Bake in 325F-convection oven for 16 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Place milk and pudding mix in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  5. Beat on low speed 15 seconds or until moistened.
  6. Scrape bowl.
  7. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to use.
  9. Spread pudding evenly over brownie crusts.
  10. Garnish with decorative circular rows of shingled fruit slices.
  11. Sprinkle with coconut and chips.
