Pizza with Mushrooms and Cervelat Sausage
- 1 whole Batch Of Pizza Dough, Enough For A Medium To Large Pizza (See My Recipe Box)
- 6 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Small Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dried Herbs: Oregano, Dill, Parsley, Basil
- 6 ounces, weight Cervelat Sausage, Very Thinly Sliced
- 6 Marinated Champignon Mushrooms, Sliced
- 10 ounces, weight Cheese, Grated
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and place it onto a baking sheet.
- Spread the ketchup thinly all over the dough.
- Cut the onion into semi-rings and put them all around the pizza.
- Chop the garlic finely and throw among the onion rings, then sprinkle with dried herbs.
- Slice the sausage very thinly and place it onto the top of the pizza as a next layer.
- Slice the mushrooms and put them among the sausage slices.
- Now top with the grated cheese and send the pizza to the preheated oven to cook for 20 minutes.
