Mini meat pies.

  1. Cut roast into small pieces, 1/2 in square about
  2. In medium pot brown beef in small batches, use a little oil, put aside
  3. In same pot, cook onion until tranlucent
  4. Combine meat and onions in pot
  5. Add water mixed with beef broth granules
  6. Bring to a simmer uncovered.
  7. cook till beef is tender.
  8. Mix flour with 1/3 cup water and add to pot.
  9. Continue cooking until gravy meat mixture is thick and not runny.
  10. Roll pie crust dough into 8 inch circles.
  11. Place enough meat gravy mixture (cooled) on 1/2 of crust
  12. Brush crust edges with water to act like glue
  13. Fold crust over mixture and pinch edges to seal
  14. Brush top with egg wash for browning
  15. Puncture top to release steam while cooking
  16. Bake at 400F until brown.
  17. your choice for color
  18. Makes 15 little pies.
