Chocolate Cheesecake Blondies
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package; pour into prepared pan.
- Beat remaining ingredients with mixer until blended.
- Drop in spoonfuls over cake batter; swirl gently with knife.
- Bake 35 to 40 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with clean.
- Cool completely.
- Use parchment handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
