Zesty Chicken and Pasta
- 4-1/2 cups whole wheat fusilli pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 5 min.
- or until done, stirring occasionally.
- Add vegetables and parsley; cook 5 min.
- or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta; toss with chicken mixture and remaining dressing.
- Top with cheese.
