Hearty Chicken Pot Pie
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 4 cups cooked, cut up vegetables (peas,broccoli,carrots, etc.)
- 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits
- Mix soup, milk, pepper, thyme, veggies, and chicken in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
- Stir.
- Arrange biscuits over chicken mixture, bake 15 more minutes or until biscuits are golden.
