Crock Pot Beef Roast Recipe

• 1 (4 lb.) beef rump roast
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 sm. onion, minced
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. coffee

1. Place roast in crock pot.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
3. Pour over roast.
4. Cook on low for several hrs or possibly till tender.
