Bing Pi Yue Bing - Rose Daifuku
- 45 grams Mochiko
- 45 grams Joshinko
- 20 grams Cornstarch
- 180 ml Milk
- 30 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Vegetable oil
- 250 grams Anko
- Prepare the ingredients.
- Put all the ingredients except for the anko into a dish and mix.
- Wrap with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and mix, wrap again, and heat for another 2 minutes.
- Let cool covered with the plastic wrap until cool enough.
- Divide into 4 pieces to fit the molds.
- Divide the anko into 4 as well and roll into balls.
- Dust the molds with cornstarch.
- Wrap the anko in the mochi dough.
- Pack into the mold.
- And it's done!
