Toasted Pita Bread

  1. Cut your pita breads into eighths for wedges (half then half then half again).
  2. Using as much or little oil as you want/need....
  3. Mix seasonings into the oil and brush over wedges (both sides).
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  5. Toast wedges on a cookie sheet 5-6 minutes on first side.
  6. Then flip and toast for another minute or two till golden brown.
  7. Enjoy with your choice of dip!
