Toasted Pita Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Thyme
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon White Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 5 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika
- 1 package Pita Bread (10 Count)
- 1 cup Olive Oil, More Or Less To Taste
- Cut your pita breads into eighths for wedges (half then half then half again).
- Using as much or little oil as you want/need....
- Mix seasonings into the oil and brush over wedges (both sides).
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Toast wedges on a cookie sheet 5-6 minutes on first side.
- Then flip and toast for another minute or two till golden brown.
- Enjoy with your choice of dip!
