Berried Delight
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3 c. Cool Whip
- 2 (3.5 oz.) pkg. instant pudding, vanilla or French vanilla
- 3 c. cold milk
- 2 pt. strawberries, halved
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
- Press firmly on bottom of 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 4 minutes.
- Cool.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.
- Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip and spread over crust.
- Arrange strawberries, bananas and pineapple in even layers.
- Prepare pudding with the 3 cups cold milk as directed and pour over fruit.
- Chill several hours.
- Before serving spread remaining Cool Whip on top and decorate with extra strawberries.
