Quesadilla Omlet
- 1/2 slice Sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 small tortilla
- 2 pinch Paprika
- 1 small amount of lettuce on side for decor
- 3 clove Rosemary for decor, and to taste
- 1/2 A lime
- Beat your egg in a small bowl with a whisk
- Add paprika to taste
- Get a small pan, and pour egg mixture into it
- Do not cook like scrambled eggs
- Check with a spatula to see if the under side of the egg is golden brown, if so, flip carefully over, like a pancake
- When finished, golden on both sides, turn burner off and set pan aside to cool
- Pull out a paper plate and heat up the shredded cheese in the microwave on the tortilla just before melted
- Add some salsa on your egg pancake, and put it on your tortilla with warm cheese on it
- Now put more salsa and lettuce aside on a plate
- Now fold VERY SLIGHTLY the tortilla and egg pancake together like a taco
- Hold together with a toothpick and cheese slices from the half of the slice of cheese
- Sprinkle more paprika, Rosemary, and lime juice on top to taste
