Creamy Tahini Sauce/Salad Dressing

• 13 cup tahini paste
• 13 cup water
• 14 cup lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
• 14 teaspoon olive oil
• 34 teaspoon sea salt
• 14 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and perfectly melded.
