Holiday Ice Cream Pie In Chocolate Coconut Crust Recipe

  1. Place first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan.
  2. Cover and place over low heat 10 min.
  3. Uncover.
  4. Stir and heat slowly till smooth.
  5. Add in coconut; stir till coconut is proportionately coated with chocolate.
  6. Press over bottom and up sides of buttered 9 inch pie plate.
  7. Refrigeratetill set.
  8. Spoon ice cream into shell.
  9. Freeze.
  10. Serve with sauce.
  11. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie or possibly 6 to 8 servings.
