Strawberry JELL-O Pie

  1. Combine crumbs and butter in a 9 inch pie plate.
  2. Press onto bottom and sides of pie plate.
  3. Mix apple juice, sugar and corn starch in saucepan; cook on medium heat 2 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add jelly powder; stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  6. Place strawberries, cut sides down, in crust.
  7. Pour jelly mixture over strawberries.
  8. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  9. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
