Mango Lime Sorbet

  1. Place liquids in blender and add the mango chunks slowly, stirring as needed.
  2. Add the zest, stirring well.
  3. Place in freezer container and freeze, stirring a few times until it firms up.
  4. It softens easily in the microwave on "soften" setting.
  5. You may also substitute almond milk, soy or rice milk, or any unsweetened cow's milk/cream or yogurt.
  6. Increase sweeteners as needed.
