Baked Terriyaki Salmon
- 2 tablespoon soysauce
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- pinch salt & pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- Combine salmon, soysauce, minced ginger, white wine, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
- Marinade for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat Oven to 375 and bake Salmon for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze.
- Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar.
- Spoon the glaze over the salmon then set it directly under the broiler for 5 minutes or until glazed.
- Serve warm.
