SHAKE 'N BAKE Mexican Pork Chops

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Place chops in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until chops are cooked through.
  5. Top chops with salsa and cheese.
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until salsa is heated and cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
