Vegetable Salad Recipe
- 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (No. 2) can green beans
- 1 (No. 2) can green peas
- Salt
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 sm. jar pimento
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Drain cans of vegetables well, sprinkle with salt and chill 1 hour.
- Drain again and add in onion, celery, and pimento.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over liquid removed vegetables.
- Chill till ready to serve.
