Sweet 'n Smoky Caramelized Chicken With Creamy Walnut Sauce #A1
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 12 cups chicken broth, divided use
- 1 tablespoon A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 12 cups walnuts
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 12 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained according to package instructions
- 14 cup chopped fresh cilantro (to garnish)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

- -Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- -Arrange chicken thighs in single layer in baking dish.
- -Whisk together 1 cup chicken broth and A1 Sauce.
- Pour broth mixture over thighs.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes.
- -Prepare Walnut Sauce while thighs are baking.
- Grind walnuts to a fine powder in food processor or blender.
- Add sour cream and remaining 1/2 cup chicken broth and pulse until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- -Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Saute cooked thighs on both sides until nicely browned.
- -In small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and water.
- Pour sugar mixture over thighs in skillet.
- -Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, or until sugar has caramelized and coated the thighs.
- -To serve, place thighs on hot noodles and spoon Walnut Sauce over top.
