Molded Cranberry Cabbage Salad Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. cool water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
- 1 c. cranberries, coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely minced
- In medium bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water till gelatin is dissolved.
- Stir in cool water, sugar and vinegar.
- Refrigerateabout 1 hour or possibly till consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
- Mix in cabbage, cranberries, and nuts.
- Pour into 8 c. mold.
- Cover and refrigerate4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Unmold and serve.
