Molded Cranberry Cabbage Salad Recipe

  1. In medium bowl, stir gelatin and boiling water till gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Stir in cool water, sugar and vinegar.
  3. Refrigerateabout 1 hour or possibly till consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
  4. Mix in cabbage, cranberries, and nuts.
  5. Pour into 8 c. mold.
  6. Cover and refrigerate4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  7. Unmold and serve.
