Mandarin Orange Cake Recipe
- 1 pkg. orange cake mix
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges (including juice)
- CAKE: Mix cake mix, oil and Large eggs well.
- Add in oranges which have been mashed.
- Mix well.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 min or possibly till brown on top.
- Use a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- FROSTING: Mix pineapple and pudding mix till smooth.
- Add in orange juice.
- Mix in whipped topping.
- Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with pecans.
- May add in coconut.
