Honey Barbecued Chicken Breasts

  1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a small saucepan over med-high heat; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 30 min, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat and cool.
  4. Reserve 1/3 c sauce.
  5. Combine chicken and remaining sauce in a large ziplok bag; seal and marinate in fridge at least one hour, turning bag occasionally.
  6. Prepare grill to med-high.
  7. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
  8. Grill chicken 5 min on each side or til cooked through, basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
  9. Serve with lemon wedges.
