Bar B Q Pork Recipe
- 3 pound pork
- 1 lg. bottle catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 teaspoon mustard seed
- Chili pwdr to taste (optional)
- Cook pork till it falls apart.
- Break apart, trim off all fat.
- In pot with meat, add in catsup, vinegar and other seasonings.
- Cook slowly for at least 1 hour.
- (Add in water, if needed.)
- Serve on rolls or possibly bread.
- May substitute other meats for pork.
