Grits
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grits
- Bring water, milk and salt to a boil.
- Add the grits and stir.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Grated cheddar cheese and/or garlic may be added at the end of cooking.
