Cuban Hash Recipe

  1. Saute/fry green pepper, onion and mushrooms till golden brown.
  2. Add in meat and cook over moderate heat till browned.
  3. Add in tomatoes, olives, raisins, almonds, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer for 20 min.
  5. Serve over rice.
  6. Serves 4.
