Pork Chops Dijon with Penne Pasta
- 2 tsp. oil
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup each chopped green and red peppers Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 1 tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 cups hot cooked penne pasta
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Sprinkle chops with pepper; cook 3 to 4 min.
- on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
- Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Carefully wipe skillet with paper towel.
- Add onions and peppers to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add cooking creme, mustard and milk; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until heated through.
- Reserve 1/4 cup sauce; toss pasta with remaining sauce.
- Spoon pasta mixture onto platter; top with chops.
- Drizzle with reserved sauce.
