Pork Chops Dijon with Penne Pasta

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle chops with pepper; cook 3 to 4 min.
  3. on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
  4. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
  5. Carefully wipe skillet with paper towel.
  6. Add onions and peppers to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  7. or until crisp-tender.
  8. Add cooking creme, mustard and milk; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce; toss pasta with remaining sauce.
  11. Spoon pasta mixture onto platter; top with chops.
  12. Drizzle with reserved sauce.
