Seefood Fettuccine Alfredo 438cal
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- 1 12 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled (I take the tail off too)
- 1 lb sea scallops (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 2 cups half-and-half cream (found in the milk section)
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 12 lb crabmeat, shell pieces removed (can be imitation)
- 34 cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded, divided
- 14 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
- Drain.

- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a 12 inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

- Add onions and garlic; saute 1 minute or until tender.

- Add shrimp and scallops; saute 3 minutes or until done.
- 5.
- Reduce heat to meium low.
- Add half-and-half, salt, pepper, and crabmeat.

- Cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly (do not boil).

- Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over seafood mixture, stirring constantly.

- Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 9.
- Remove from heat.
- 10.
- Combine pasta and seafood mixture in a large bowl.

- Top with 1/4 cup cheese and parsley.
