Truffle Treats
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
- suggested coatings: colored sprinkles, chopped PLANTERS Pecans, BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut or cocoa powder
- Microwave chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 3 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add peanut butter; stir until well blended.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Roll chocolate mixture into 40 (1-inch) balls.
- Coat with sprinkles, pecans, coconut or cocoa powder.
