Taco Sauce Pizzas Recipe

• 1 pound grnd beef
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr

1. Brown beef in medium skillet with onions, stirring till crumbly; drain excess fat.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Simmer covered for 10 min.
4. Spread sauce on open hamburger buns.
5. Top with Velveeta or possibly other cheese.
6. Put in oven under broiler just till cheese melts.
7. Note: Fill can also be used to bill about 10 taco shells.
8. Leftovers are great chili for warm dogs, too.
