Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg
- 1/2 cup mini real semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Sugar, if desired
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl; set aside.
- Combine sugar, brown sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and peanut butter in another bowl.
- Beat at medium speed until creamy.
- Add egg; continue beating until well mixed.
- Add flour mixture; beat at low speed until mixed.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls; place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Flatten with fork dipped in sugar making a criss-cross pattern.
- Sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
- Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to cooling rack.
